I ordered a top and it did show up eventually, but the delivery was definitely slower than I thought it would be. The tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure when to expect it, if that makes sense. When it arrived, the package was in good condition and everything was there, so no issues with the item itself. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something in a hurry.

I did get my refund in the end, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I had to follow up twice, which was a bit annoying, especially because I kept checking my bank app while making coffee in the morning. The support people were fine, just not very quick. Not awful overall, just slower than I’d hoped...

I was a little worried when it took a couple of days to hear back from customer service, and I kept wondering if my message had even been seen. It was a bit frustrating at first, but they did eventually reply and got everything sorted out, which was reassuring in the end...

I ordered a Hearts training top and expected a bit better for the price. It looked decent when it arrived, and the badge and colours were "spot on", so first impressions weren’t too bad.
After wearing it and washing it once, though, the quality felt a bit disappointing. The material was thinner than I expected, and the stitching around one sleeve had already started coming loose. The fit was also a little odd, tighter than my usual size.
Delivery was fine, so I can’t really complain about that side of things. But overall, the product itself let it down for me, and I’d probably "think twice" before ordering clothing from the site again.
